- Produces 375 50g loaves in one hour.
- Note: The space between the mats must be between 85 mm and 105 mm.
- Heating time: up to 200°C for 14 to 22 minutes.
- Baking time: 15 to 20 minutes for salt bread (French).
- We have electric.
- Ovens in three sizes: 5, 8 and 10.
